Portion control is not my strong suit. Especially when it comes to something as damn good as a KIND bar. Hence, I am convinced that the new KIND minis were made for me. Or at the very least, people like me.
I am by no means a super healthy eater (I wish I was, but it just isn't in my DNA) however pulling one of these out of my bag makes me feel like maybe, just maybe, I am fooling everyone. And I have always been a huge proponent of the "fake it til you make it" school of success.
Around 100 calories each and really quite satisfying (which says a lot considering I am four months pregnant and known to have an appetite the size of a pro football player anyway), I have to give these little guys a shout out. Because if you are trying to do the whole healthy thing part time at least- a full size bar is not ideal. Because let's not kid ourselves- we are probably still going to enjoy a real meal soon after.
