Because I Eat my Lipstick…

One of my favorite things about booking big segments is that I have an excuse to call in my friend Emily, who happens to be the most amazing makeup artist and hairstylist. She also is not afraid to call me out on some of my bad beauty habits. Namely, the fact that I eat my lip color. When she came by to make me up for my recent E! News style segment, she was very excited to use her recent find from The Makeup Show- Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar.

Firstly- love the name. Just when you think you have heard it all. Secondly- even I, she with the insatiable appetite for lip product, can't make this disappear. You have to be super precise with application- I recommend using a skinny lip brush to paint it on. My favorite shade is Pageant- a bold, deep pink. For a more neutral lip, I get creative and blend Petty Beige with Melange.

And once it is on, it is ON. And it is amazing.
