Maternity Style: Missoni

Even though people have told me repeatedly that I can still wear things from my pre-pregnancy wardrobe throughout this whole baby-bump experience, I very rarely believed them. With the exception of a few choice Thread Social jersey dresses, even the thought of squeezing myself into something that used to fit perfectly was too depressing.

The other morning, in a tizzy (Brian told me about 5 minutes before I walked out the door to film a segment that my dress looked ridiculously big- and he was right), I pulled this old school (as in 3 years ago) Missoni knit dress out of my closet. The great thing about Missoni? It stretches but the integrity of the design stays the same. So the dress fit- and fit pretty well, Had to add a belt though- you know I love me a skinny metallic belt. Threw my go-to nude GapMaternity tank underneath, and was out the door in 4 minutes flat. And feeling pretty darn good about myself. The clip-in hair helped- it always does...
