The Ultimate Review of Target Summer Clothes and Accessories

It’s that point in the summer when we all crave a closet refresh- and, ideally, an affordable one, right? Thought so- we are totally on the same page here. Target is nailing it right now literally from head to toe (I mean, check out this visor and these pillow slides).

While often my fashion philosophy can lean towards the neutral basics paired with colorful accessories way of styling, something about the summer sunshine has me all turned around. Right now, all I want to wear are bright colorful dresses and matching sets- then, in the accessory department, I’m gravitating towards more earth-toned, textural everyday essentials- and Target has it all covered.

Summer Trends at Target

This is the season to experiment with easy-to-wear dresses in statement-making colors (this mini dress in bright red screams cocktails at sunset, IMHO)- and the options you are gonna find starting at $12 are endless. And, while on the subject of making a statement, this retro-inspired ribbed tank and wide leg pant is the perfect evolution of the chic matching set for summer- the crop length makes it super simple to wear with flip flops, a wedge or crisp white sneakers. Target has many options for each of the aforementioned footwear options- these striped bow flip flops are a personal favorite, comfy as a cloud and I can never resist a bow, so…)
